The 6 WEEK CHALLENGE is your opportunity to reset your health and fitness goals. You may be looking to shred a few unwanted pounds, focus on fueling your body to reach your training goals and increase your lean muscle and strength. This Challenge is designed to pull you out of your rut, kickstart your health and motivate you to stay on track and accountable.
The Challenge will encourage you to question your goals and lifestyle choices and will assist you to set real and measurable targets.

Q&A:
Can I participate if I only want to do the Scan and the 6-week challenge without the nutrition portion?
Yes, If you feel like your nutrition is already on point, you can participate without the nutrition portion of the challenge.
Can I participate if I only want to do the Nutrition portion of the challenge without the scans?
Yes, if you feel like you only need nutrition reset or guidance and are not so worried about body measurements and weight, you can participate without the body scans. But the best gage for improvement are the scans (before and after) but you can use a scale as well.
Do I need to do the 5k to participate? No
Can anyone outside of the gym do the 5K?
Yes, everyone is welcome (Friends, Family….)
What is the buddy system?
We want everyone to have a buddy, someone who will help keep you accountable and support each other through the 6 weeks.
POST CHALLENGE CELEBRATION:
This will be an enjoyable gathering with all Challenge members to kick back and celebrate the accomplishments. Fun Challenge prizes will be awarded at this event.
